What we collect
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and the message you write.
That is the whole of it. The site does not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote and carry out the work. Nothing you send is used for marketing unless you ask us to keep you posted.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. The only people who see it are those at Artist Décor who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful — through the quote, the job, and the warranty period afterwards. After that they are deleted in the normal course of things. You do not have to wait for that: see below.
Seeing or deleting your information
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email studio@artistdecor.co.nz or phone +64 22 402 1282 and say what you would like done.
We will action it and confirm back to you. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts and video playback code from a public code host, which means those services see the request your browser makes for those files. Neither is used by us to identify you.
Your rights
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. If you are not happy with how we have dealt with a request, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
